CANDLE RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We know how hard it can be to purchase candles online. You make return or exchange candles as long as they aren't burned. If you want to exchange the candle you bought for a different scent, contact us before you send the candle back. 

If you simply want to exchange your product for a different product, please indicate that in your return. 

MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER QUALIFIES

Orders may be returned so long as:

The order is unused 
The order is returned within 30 days of receipt
The order was not purchased on final sale
Personalized and other custom products are subject to a different return policy.

Please keep the tracking number and any other relevant shipping information in the unlikely event we do not receive your return shipment.

AWAIT CREDIT

Once a qualified refund is received we will process your refund as soon as possible. The charges placed on your card will be credited to you, though shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that refunds may take up to ten (10) business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please feel free to contact us.

BREAKAGE

In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or broken, our carriers & shippers require photo documentation for reimbursement & quality control. Snap a photo with your phone and e-mail the image to info@simplycurated.com with your name and a brief message, and we will ship a replacement or issue a refund within a few days.
